A request is not an appointment.

Building or sending a draft creates no service commitment, estimate, quote, appointment, warranty, availability promise, or customer relationship.

Human confirmation

Service exists only after a person reviews the property, sends a fixed written scope and price, and both sides accept the schedule.

No instant price

The site creates no final or indicative price. Access, condition, screens, interior work, unusual soil, and other exceptions require review.

Safety

The stated boundary is not a guarantee that a property is safe or eligible. Real conditions can require decline, reassessment, or stopping work.

Claims

The site makes no affirmative license, bond, insurance, review, rating, or guaranteed-availability claim. Seedorf Exterior Care is the name used for this site; no trademark or exclusivity claim is made.
