Every quote states
- exact windows or elevations covered;
- exterior-only or named interior work;
- screen handling;
- basic sill/seal treatment, if included;
- unusual soil, damage, mineral deposits, and weather assumptions.
Hard exclusions
- No roof work
- No work or access above 10 feet
- No risky ladder or unproven high-pole work
- No commercial work by default
- Pressure washing, repairs, hard-water restoration, gutters, and adjacent services unless separately agreed in writing.
